El primero continu\u00f3 enfri\u00e1ndose poco a poco, con unas peticiones de subsidio por desempleo semanal que fueron algo peor de lo estimado (222.000 vs. 220.000). Adem\u00e1s, la cifra anterior se revis\u00f3 al alza en 1000 solicitudes, hasta las 232.000. Asimismo, las peticiones por carecer de empleo de manera continuada ascendieron hasta los 1.794.000. Por su parte, el sector de la vivienda no termina de arrancar. Quiz\u00e1 el hecho de que el coste de las hipotecas supere el 7% provoca que los americanos no se lancen a cambiar de casa. Estas continuaron mostrando se\u00f1ales de crecimiento d\u00e9bil, con una ca\u00edda de la actividad de 11 puntos (desde 15,5 hasta 4,5). El empleo se ralentiz\u00f3 menos en abril, los precios pagados continuaron al alza y los nuevos pedidos cayeron a territorio negativo (desde 12,2 hasta -7,9). Por otro lado, la producci\u00f3n industrial norteamericana no vari\u00f3 respecto a marzo, mientras que el coste de las importaciones subi\u00f3 un 0,9% en el mes cuando se preve\u00eda un 0,3%. Tras el alivio que supuso el IPC del mi\u00e9rcoles, que cort\u00f3 una racha de tres datos que salieron m\u00e1s alto de lo estimado, el de ayer volvi\u00f3 a avivar los temores de una inflaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s correosa. El movimiento experimentado por las emisiones del Tesoro de EE.UU. no fue igual en todos los tramos de la curva, siendo m\u00e1s agudo en el corto (dos a\u00f1os, +7 p.b.) que en el largo (1diez a\u00f1os, +3 p.b.).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las principales referencias de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tressis.com\/gestion-de-carteras\/renta-variable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">renta variable<\/a> europea cerraron la sesi\u00f3n con recortes, a excepci\u00f3n del FTSE MIB (0,12%). El DAX lider\u00f3 las ca\u00eddas con un -0,69%, seguido del CAC 40 -0,63%, el Ibex 35 -0,56%, el Euro Stoxx 50 -0,56% y el FTSE 100 -0,08%. Al otro lado del Atl\u00e1ntico, las compras se impusieron en <strong>un inicio fren\u00e9tico que se fue diluyendo con el paso de las horas<\/strong>. Al final de la jornada, los n\u00fameros rojos se adue\u00f1aron de los parqu\u00e9s estadounidenses con el S&#038;P 500 cediendo un 0,21%, el Dow Jones retrocediendo un 0,10% y el Nasdaq lo hizo un 0,26%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la agenda macroecon\u00f3mica del d\u00eda de hoy ser\u00e1 liviana contando \u00fanicamente con la publicaci\u00f3n del <strong>IPC final de la zona euro del mes de abril<\/strong>.
