De acuerdo con las estad\u00edsticas publicadas por la Agencia Tributaria, los espa\u00f1oles que han declarado impuesto sobre el patrimonio en el periodo impositivo 2015 tienen invertidos 102 millones de euros en activo inmobiliario de naturaleza r\u00fastica y urbana.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27242 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tressis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/post-fiscalidad.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"704\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tressis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/post-fiscalidad.png 704w, https:\/\/www.tressis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/post-fiscalidad-300x141.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 704px) 100vw, 704px\" \/><\/p>\n<h6>* Fuente: Estad\u00edstica de los declarantes del Impuesto sobre el Patrimonio de la Agencia Tributaria.<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Desde el a\u00f1o 2015 dicho importe se ha visto incrementado, si tenemos en cuenta las constantes noticias de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n respecto a la reactivaci\u00f3n del mercado inmobiliario en Espa\u00f1a, el n\u00famero de transacciones de compraventa de viviendas registradas (de acuerdo a las estad\u00edsticas del Consejo General del Notariado la compraventa de viviendas aument\u00f3 una media del 14,2% en el segundo trimestre del a\u00f1o 2017 en relaci\u00f3n al mismo periodo de 2016, hasta superar las 142.000 transacciones. En el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o 2017 el crecimiento hab\u00eda alcanzado el 20,3%) y el deseo de los inversores de rentabilizar dicha inversi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la obtenci\u00f3n de rentas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, y a pesar del creciente apetito inversor en <em>ladrillo<\/em>, desde nuestro punto de vista existe un amplio desconocimiento respecto a las diferentes formas de tributaci\u00f3n de dicho activo y sus consecuencias fiscales.
